My Evil Plan
Many Clients reach out to us, or are referred to us by their Realtor, for help preparing their homes for sale. We love helping people this way, especially since it plays right into our Evil Plan!
The Evil Plan:
Clients will need a superficial decluttering of everyday items and a plan of how to show the house while living in it.

We provide products, storage and expertise, developing a custom plan with the Client directly, by asking what they must have at their fingertips and what can be hidden away or packed.
We clear out space in cabinets adjacent or underneath areas where personal items are usually placed and ensure that they are still handy (ie, meds/toiletries etc). We create convenient, specific bins for your belongings that can be put away but can also easily be taken along if you must leave unexpectedly for an impromptu showing.
THEN, the Clients fall in 💙 with us and want us to help them prepare their house for their move, with a more intensive purging and getting into all the closet and storage areas in the house.

One especially important issue is storage - what needs to go into storage and what has to stay in the home. OFab can create a storage area in your home that is neat and tidy or we can arrange and manage items to be moved into a self storage unit.
Final Part of Evil Plan:
THEN, once the house is sold, Clients have us come back to pack up their old home, manage their entire move, and unpack/set up their new home in an organized manner that has a system from Day 1.
