Brian’s moving strategy? Hire OFab!

I have been in the professional organization and move management business just shy of 10 years. Much of my business comes from referrals, and it thrills me that our Clients are pleased enough with what we do to refer us to their friends and family. I have yet to see a Client move with us more than 3 times in one year - until I met Brian.

Brian is a native Californian business owner who, with his sister (a local therapist), felt like they needed their own therapist to get their mother out of her 10,000 sq ft family home without everyone “losing it”.

Brian’s mom is a lovely lady who happens to have Alzheimer’s, so we knew we needed to handle this move with kid gloves. That is OFab’s specialty, “the OFab Way”!

It took us 6 days to clean out and declutter mom’s home enough that she could move into a smaller, more  manageable, house.

Within 10 days, we had the entire house purged, packed, moved and unpacked in her new, smaller home. We set up all of her things where she could easily and quickly find them.

The original family home was prepped for sale and ready to go on the market. But, Brian and his sister had cold feet about selling their beloved family home. So, two weeks later, Brian called OFab again, confessing that he actually wanted to move into the family home and put his current home on the market.

So, OFab again answered the call! We came back to offer more purging, packing, moving and unpacking  help for Brian’s relocation. We successfully moved him into the family homestead and we have continued to do occasional handyman jobs for him and his mother when they need a little help.

Then, we got another call from Brian, asking if we did office moves. But of course!

Despite difficulties with the management company of his old office building, OFab was able to smooth everything over with building management and handle the entire moving management process - purging, packing, moving and unpacking the office.

Everything was moved into the new office and set up during off-work hours, so that no productivity time was lost and business as usual resumed on Monday at 9:00 am.
