OFab has always been a passionate advocate of LGBTQ rights. In honor of Pride Month, we want to celebrate our allyship and our support for achieving equal opportunity in housing for everyone in the community. 

All people, regardless of orientation, deserve the same opportunities to live where they want to live. We are proud to support, advocate for and partner with our LGBTQ brothers and sisters in continuing the fight for fairness in housing.

Pride Month always reminds us of what we are proud of, too. We’ve also had some memorable events so far in 2024, and wanted to share what we’ve been up to (and toot our own horn!)

EVENTS:

This year, OFab has sponsored and attended some wonderful events in the LA community. Most recently, we sponsored the PaliBu Chamber of Commerce Women's Leadership Event & attended the swanky PaliBu Chamber of Commerce VIP State of the City Soiree at Rafi Lounge.

PROJECTS:

We’ve been fortunate enough to partner with some amazing women to do some amazing things. Last month, we designed, created and implemented a Dream Pantry with the help of the lovely Gail Wentzel at Inspired Closets LA.

CELEBRATING LA:

At OFab, you know we always keep it real! We take exploring and enjoying everything this beautiful city has to offer very seriously. Check out pics from our brother’s latest visit, where he proposed to his girl in #willrogersmemorialpark and celebrated across the street at the Beverly Hills Hotel (@bevhillshotel). 

With the help of the inimitable Robyn @malibutablemaven and her fabulous tablescape, we gave little bro an event to remember!

OUR WORK:

At the end of the day, at OFab, we do what we do to help people. One of the jobs we are most proud of this year was helping our 95 year old Client who wanted to move to Montana to be close to her children and grandchildren and live in an assisted living facility. After we prepared the house to go on the market, the family listed it.

Our Clients shared the news that, within a week, there was a bidding war over this newly prepared home (10 different parties wanted it!), and it sold for $300k OVER listing price!
